Sustainable Corporate Finance & Investments Program

About the Program

The Sustainable Corporate Finance & Investments is a two-year master’s program created for individuals aiming to shape the future of finance by integrating sustainability into financial decision making. This program offers a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing, and the role of sustainability in strategic financial decision-making.

Over four semesters, students will earn a total of 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits.

Year 1

Total Credits: 60 ECTS

  • Semester 1
    • Principles of Corporate Finance (10 ECTS) – Fundamental concepts of corporate finance and financial decision-making.
    • Introduction to Sustainable Finance (10 ECTS) – Overview of the role of sustainability in finance.
    • Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management (10 ECTS) – Principles of investment analysis and portfolio management.
  • Semester 2
    • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Investing (10 ECTS) – Exploring the principles and practices of ESG investing.
    • Risk Management in Finance (10 ECTS) – Strategies and tools for financial risk management.
    • Sustainable Financial Regulation and Reporting (10 ECTS) – Understanding the regulatory landscape of sustainable finance and ESG reporting.

Year 2

Total Credits: 60 ECTS

  • Semester 3
    • Sustainable Corporate Strategy and Governance (10 ECTS) – Integrating sustainability into corporate strategy and governance.
    • Green Bonds and Climate Finance (10 ECTS) – Financing options for climate change mitigation and adaptation.
    • Impact Investing (10 ECTS) – Investments made with the intention of generating social and environmental impact alongside a financial return.
  • Semester 4
    • Master’s Thesis (30 ECTS) – Original research or comprehensive study on a topic related to Sustainable Corporate Finance & Investments.
